Ingredients:
Salad:
1 pack instant noodles, broken into pieces
½ cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
½ cup Pik-a-Pikel Pickled Mango
Mayonnaise, Kewpie
Dressing:
½ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
3 tbsp distilled vinegar
Seasoning packets reserved
Procedure:
Cook noodles and sesame seeds in a pan until fragrant and toasted. Cook them separately as the sesame seeds cook faster. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
Make dressing: Whisk olive oil, reserved noodles seasoning packets, vinegar, and sugar together in a bowl until smooth.
Combine cabbage, carrot, and pickled mango in a large bowl; sprinkle cooled noodle and sesame seeds over the top.
Pour dressing, squeeze some mayo and toss to coat.
