Big Mac Smash Tacos


Experience the best of both worlds with our Big Mac Smashed Tacos! 🌮🍔 Dive into a mouthwatering combo of classic Big Mac flavors and a tangy pickled mango twist. Best decision ever! 😍


Ingredients:


Pikel Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tbsp Pik-a-Pikel pickled mango brine

  • 3 slices of Pik-a-Pikel pickled mango, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic

  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated onion

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Beef Filling
  • 1 pound ground beef

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • ½ garlic powder


Assembly
  • Soft Shell Tacos

  • Cabbage, shredded

  • Beef Filling

  • Pikel Sauce

  • Pik-a-Pikel Pickled Mango




Procedure:

Step 1 - Make the Pikel Sauce

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly then set aside.


Step 2 - Season the beef

In a large shallow bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.



Step 3 - Fill the tacos

Scoop one spoon of beef filling and spread evenly across the taco.



Step 4 - Fry the beef

Set the stove to medium low heat. Fry the taco, beef side first for 2-3 mins or until the beef turns brown.



Step 5 - Melt the cheese

Flip the taco then add the cheese. Cover with a lid for 1 min or until the cheese melts.



Step 6 - Assemble

Add the Pik-a-Pikel pickled mango, cabbage and pikel sauce. Enjoy!
