Ingredients:
Pikel Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp Pik-a-Pikel pickled mango brine
3 slices of Pik-a-Pikel pickled mango, finely chopped
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon granulated onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
Beef Filling
1 pound ground beef
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ garlic powder
Assembly

Cabbage, shredded

Procedure:
Step 1 - Make the Pikel Sauce
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly then set aside.
Step 2 - Season the beef
In a large shallow bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Step 3 - Fill the tacos
Scoop one spoon of beef filling and spread evenly across the taco.
Step 4 - Fry the beef
Set the stove to medium low heat. Fry the taco, beef side first for 2-3 mins or until the beef turns brown.
Step 5 - Melt the cheese
Flip the taco then add the cheese. Cover with a lid for 1 min or until the cheese melts.
Step 6 - Assemble
Add the Pik-a-Pikel pickled mango, cabbage and pikel sauce. Enjoy!
