Ingredients:
5 cups green lettuce
1 cup Pik-a-Pikel Pickled Guava, diced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green olives, halved
1/4 cup black olives, halved
1/4 cup capers
Dressing:
1/8 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup pickled guava brine
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/8 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until combined.
