Who says you can't sip on sophistication? Enjoy a Whisky Sour with a side of pickled mango twist. 🍹
Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon
1 oz Pik-a-Pikel Pickled Mango brine
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
2-3 slices of Pik-a-Pikel Pickled Mango
1 Maraschino cherry (optional for serving)
Procedure for cooking:
·Combine bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with maraschino cherry and pickled mango.
