Whisky Sour with Pickled Mango


Who says you can't sip on sophistication? Enjoy a Whisky Sour with a side of pickled mango twist. 🍹


Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon

  • 1 oz Pik-a-Pikel Pickled Mango brine

  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2-3 slices of Pik-a-Pikel Pickled Mango

  • 1 Maraschino cherry (optional for serving)

Procedure for cooking:

  • ·Combine bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.

  • Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with maraschino cherry and pickled mango.
