3 Ingredient Pickled Mango Ice Cream



Scoop up some love and beat the summer heat with this Pickled Mango ice cream made with only 3 ingredients! 🍦💛


Ingredients:

  • 150g Pik-a-Pikel Pickled Mango Slices

  • 1 can (14oz/400g) Condensed milk

  • 2 cups (480ml) All-purpose cream


Procedure for cooking:

  1. Blend 100g pickled mango slices with all-purpose cream.

  2. Transfer to a large bowl, add condensed milk, and whip on low speed until incorporated.

  3. Transfer into a container/dish, top with the remaining pickled mango, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
